Prueba

Conforme lo dispone el art.546 del CPCC, no corresponde abrir a prueba las excepciones cuando fueran de puro derecho, se fundaren exclusivamente en constancias del expediente, no se hubiera ofrecido prueba o, por último, cuando los hechos no fueran conducentes.
